199f0e27fa WIP V3: fixup row insertion/deletion

3513c32a62 Speed increases, more typing, cleanup 
Pull all playlist row info in one database query when loading a
playlist.

Fixup some type hints in models.

Comment out stackprinter calls - they mostly get in the way
interactively.
