fade() takes an optional parameter, fade_seconds
fading is now logarithmic

09f0e11aa7 Improve clock management 
- tick() implemented independently of Config.TIMER_MS
 - have tick() call periodic functions
 - don't rely on vlc get_time() (too coarse)

73879c6a99 Add locking to music.py 
Ensure nothing interrupts the stop - release - nullify sequence. Also
don't limit how many concurrent fades there can be.

51cc3bfbca Add database reference to playlist 
Also lots of cleaning up so that headers and playlist track colours
correct follow which playlist has the current/next track.
